WebbTo reset the status, go to your profile icon on the Title Bar of the Teams desktop app. Click the current status being displayed. Then, click ‘Reset status’ at the bottom of the menu that appears. Your status will be reset. There’s a good chance that resetting the status will fix the glitch permanently, but there’s also a chance it might not. Webb9 sep. 2024 · MS Teams Contacts show offline but they aren't. When I look in my specific contact groups it shows some of the contacts as being offline but if i initiate a chat with them they show as online. But still in the contact group list they are showing as offline. why and now to resolve?
